for the Deaf (SDCRID)
In response to community desire for a dialogue on social media, we present you with:
Boundaries with Professionals: Social Media and the Deaf Community
Have you wondered about maintaining boundaries with clients on social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram? Are you aware of potential impacts that social media plays on our profession? Are your decisions about what to share based on your morals or ethics? Or is your freedom to speak what drives you to share? Does it matter that people know where you are if you’re in a public place? Social media has a new role in our lives, are we keeping our ethics in check? Join us for a facilitated discussion about professionals and social media.
For information on presenters and panelists, please see Presenter Information
